cash for rold gold

last week i made potato pancakes and in the past i've always pan fried them but i tried deep frying them for the first time. they were delicious and super crunchy on the outside. i also got vegetable oil everywhere, in my hair, on the counter top and floors, and on my face (or maybe it was oily all by itself already). they are potato sweet potato onion green onion pancakes!

life is good as i've started watching a new korean drama my sister recommended. it's called secret garden and is cheesy as always. :)
