I had borrowed The Stop Community Food Centre's Good Food For All cookbook from the library and seen a recipe for fish tacos that looked really good. I tried my first fish taco in May when I was in Dallas and really liked it. I broiled some tilapia and added some lime zest to the sour cream. The book recommended their peach salsa recipe to go with the tacos and it was super yum. I also added finely diced pear to the onion, cilantro, peach and jalapeno and along with the lime juice it was sweet, sour and spicy. Together it was awesome and I guess I couldn't wait to eat it because I totally forgot to add the seasoned napa cabbage I'd chopped up for it. I have the best breath right now.
